How I Can Help

People come to therapy for many different reasons. Here are some of the concerns I commonly work with. If you don't see your situation listed, I invite you to schedule a free 20-minute consultation. We can discuss what’s bringing you to therapy and whether I'm the right fit for your needs.

Constant worry, overthinking, people-pleasing, or feeling overwhelmed can make it difficult to enjoy daily life. Therapy can help you understand what's fueling these patterns, develop healthier ways of coping, and feel more confident and in control.

Trauma, abuse, or unhealthy relationships can leave you feeling unsafe, confused, or disconnected from yourself. Therapy offers a supportive space to make sense of your experiences, regain a sense of safety, and move toward healing.

Depression can leave you feeling exhausted, disconnected, or unlike yourself. Therapy offers a supportive space to better understand what you're going through, talk openly about your feelings without judgment, and gradually reconnect with what matters most to you.

Every relationship faces challenges. Whether you're struggling with communication, conflict, emotional and physical intimacy, or major life changes, therapy can help you better understand one another and build healthier ways of relating

Work can become overwhelming when stress feels constant, it’s difficult to set boundaries, or you're no longer finding meaning in what you do. Therapy can help you understand what's driving these challenges, set healthier boundaries, and create a healthier balance between work and your personal life.

Major life changes—such as becoming a parent, menopause, retirement, relocation, divorce, or changes in family life—can bring uncertainty and emotional challenges. Therapy can help you make sense of these changes and adjust to a new chapter in your life.

Grief can follow the loss of a loved one, a beloved pet, a relationship, or an important life role. Therapy provides a supportive space to process your loss, honor your experience, and adjust to a new normal

The journey to parenthood isn't always straightforward. Whether you're navigating fertility treatment, pregnancy loss, or changing family plans, having support can make a meaningful difference as you move through the emotional ups and downs of the journey.

Low self-esteem can affect your relationships, work, and everyday life. Therapy can help you explore where these feelings come from, build on your strengths, and develop a more confident and compassionate relationship with yourself.

Relocating to a new country and adapting to a different culture can bring unexpected emotional challenges. I work with English- and Spanish-speaking adults and couples navigating cultural adjustment, identity, relationships, and the experience of building a life in a new country

If any of these experiences resonate with you, you don’t have to navigate them alone. I invite you to book an introductory meeting, where we can take the time to understand what you’re going through and explore how I can support you.
